Growing a business or a non-profit is challenging, even in the best of times. To create a motivated, innovative, and diverse work environment three questions need to be addressed: • Are employees given the appropriate tools to effectively work with people of differing motivations, values and skill sets?• Are managers given the opportunity to grow and foster new capabilities within themselves and their team? • And lastly, is the work environment one of trust, collaboration, and solution-based thinking? We use the Enneagram as a tool for transformation in the workplace. Below is our basic one-day program. First 4 hour session consists of:
