Diana's work draws from an extensive discipline of yoga, meditation and scriptural studies, including Kashmir Shaivism and Vedanta. She studied in India with Siddha Yoga master Swami Muktananda, and then spent the the next eight years traveling with him, organizing world-wide meditation retreats and serving as faculty in teacher training programs, while cultivating her own practice. Looking for an avenue to bring her life experience into the business world, Diana was drawn to the burgeoning profession of coaching. After completing her coaches training she co-founded O'Donnell Redmond, Inc., which specialized in coaching leaders and working with their organizations to create collaborative, fulfilling work environments. Her coaching business was transformed when she discovered the Enneagram, as she immediately recognized this ancient system contains the depth of Eastern spiritual wisdom, and the somatic and psychological understanding of the West. Diana believes embracing this wisdom brings us back into balance and right relationship with the Earth, with each other and with ourselves. Diana serves as director and faculty member of the Deep Coaching Institute, an accredited international school for training human development professionals who wish to integrate the rich benefits of the Enneagram into a presence-based approach to coaching. She is an Accredited Teacher with the International Enneagram Association and is a certified Enneagram Teacher with the Enneagram Institute.
