Diana Redmond has focused the past ten years on her coaching and business consulting. She completed her coaches training at The Coaches Training Institute in 1998 and has taken numerous other courses and seminars including High Impact Team Training designed for professional coaches working in the corporate environment. She was an active member of the International Coaches Federation and was part of the founding leadership team of Marin Coaches Alliance serving in many capacities including Vice President. Diana co-founded O’Donnell Redmond Inc. a company that specialized in coaching and training teams/groups within organizations. The focus was communication styles and interpersonal skills designed to foster collaboration, clarity of purpose and an ability to be effective within the team dynamics.
Diana currently helps in the hiring and integration process for several companies, using a variety of assessment tools, including the Enneagram, and coaching. She has been a student of the Enneagram for several years and has studied with Russ Hudson, Richard Rohr and Roxanne Howe-Murphy among others. For the past two and a half years the majority of her work has been focused on the teaching of the Enneagram and incorporating it into her coaching work. She is a professional member of the International Enneagram Association. Additional education: Certified in DISC and PIAV assessments. Certified yoga instructor and massage therapist. The eight years spent studying with her spiritual teacher learning meditation, Eastern spiritual practices and philosophies has been the basis for her ongoing self-development and professional endeavors.
Elizabeth Carrington-House has been coaching since 1996 when she graduated from CoachU. Since then, she has completed the coaching training from The Coaches Training Institute and assorted courses from Rancho Strozzi, Corporate CoachU, and the Newfield Network. She has been a presenter at three ICF Conferences, and served as an ICF Board Member from 2002-2004.
Elizabeth holds a BA from Clark University. She is a Master Certified Coach, the Founder and Past President of the North Bay Coaches Alliance. She is a co-founder of Dolphin Leadership, Inc., Trilogy Coaching Institute, and Women Circling the Earth. Elizabeth is a master trainer at CoachU. Elizabeth is a natural teacher and mentor and has been teaching and mentoring since she found the profession of coaching in 1996. The most profound personal and professional development work she has run across to date is the ancient wisdom found in her studies of the Enneagram. For the past five years she has focused her work and teaching on the Enneagram. Her extensive study includes having completed all the required courses for certification through The Enneagram Institute.
