We each display some of the traits of the nine Enneagram Types. However, we all have one core Type. The process of discovering your Type is just as valuable as knowing it—take your time.

There are several methods of discovery; the most essential one being self awareness, observing without judgment thought patterns, emotions and behaviors. This capacity can be developed in a variety of ways and is addressed in our workshops and individual coaching.

Various online tests are also available. The RHETI test from the Enneagram Institute is the most comprehensive. Given the complexities of our personality structures this test is only an indicator, a direction to explore. In combination with this test, we can help you find your core Type through an interview process either in person or by telephone.
